Who we are

Tekweave Solutions LLC (“tekweave.ai”, “we”, “us”) is a recruiting and staffing firm with offices in Fremont, California and Mumbai, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through tekweave.ai and our recruiting activities, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Candidates: name, contact details, résumé / CV, LinkedIn profile, work history, skills, work authorisation status, salary expectations, references, interview and assessment notes, and any other information you choose to share with us.
• Employers: name, job title, company, contact details, hiring requirements and communications with us.
• Website visitors: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and any analytics tools we use.

How we use it

• To match candidates with roles and present them to prospective employers, with the candidate's knowledge.
• To communicate with candidates and employers about roles, searches, interviews and offers.
• To verify experience, references and right to work where required for a placement.
• To keep candidates in our talent network and contact them about future opportunities, until they ask us not to.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share candidate information with prospective employers only for roles the candidate has applied to or agreed to be considered for. We may share information with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting and applicant tracking tools), under contracts that restrict their use of it, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep candidate profiles while they remain in our talent network and for up to three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete your information sooner. Employer records are kept for the duration of our relationship and as required for contractual and legal purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, to stop contacting you about opportunities, or to withdraw your profile from our talent network at any time by emailing privacy@tekweave.ai. Depending on where you live (including California and the EU / UK) you may have additional rights under applicable law, which we will honour.

International transfers

Because we operate in both the United States and India, information may be processed in either country. We apply the same protections regardless of where it is processed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
